Welcome to RepGro, a trading name of Cardiff Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 11922695 ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern the use of our reputation management services, website build services, and related products ("Services") provided through www.repgro.co.uk ("Website"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
RepGro provides tools for collecting and managing online reviews, including NFC cards, SMS and email review request systems, a unified review dashboard, AI response tools, and related features. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Cardiff Media builds custom static websites for UK businesses. Each project is individually scoped and priced. On completion, clients receive full code ownership of the finished site. Ongoing managed support is available on separate monthly plans.
Our Services interact with third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and others. These platforms operate under their own terms of service. We have no control over third-party platform policies and cannot guarantee continued access to any third-party service.
A fixed build fee is agreed upfront before any work begins. Payment terms are confirmed at project scoping. No work commences until payment terms are agreed in writing. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
RepGro subscriptions and Bulletproof Website managed plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Your final payment runs to the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Once a project has commenced, the build fee is non-refundable. If cancelled before delivery, work completed up to cancellation is billable at our day rate. We will always discuss this with you fairly before invoicing.
If you cancel a managed plan, you retain full ownership of your website files, domain, and all content. We will provide a full handover package within 5 working days. You are never locked in.
Upon receipt of full payment, all website code, design assets, and content created for that project transfer to the client in full. Cardiff Media retains no ongoing rights to the delivered code.
Any third-party assets incorporated into a project (fonts, stock images, icon libraries) are subject to their own licences. We will advise you of licence requirements at handover.
Our own branding, marketing materials, methodologies, and tools remain the intellectual property of Cardiff Media Ltd.
GDPR compliance, privacy policies, and data processing agreements with third-party services are the responsibility of the client as the data controller. We provide a compliance checklist with every build — we are not your data protection officer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardiff Media Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation arising from use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
RepGro's private resolution pathway allows you to address negative feedback before it becomes a public review. This feature must be used in good faith and in accordance with the guidelines of all applicable review platforms.
Every customer always retains the right to leave an honest public review. Our tools are designed to encourage genuine reviews from satisfied customers — not to suppress or manipulate feedback in breach of platform terms. Any misuse is the sole responsibility of the client.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, active clients will be notified by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
