1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Soci.repgro platform ("the Service"), a product of Repgro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not access the Service.

2. The Service (Soci.repgro AI Tool)

The Service provides an AI-powered social media scheduling and content generation tool. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis, granting you non-exclusive, non-transferable access. Repgro is not an agency providing human social media management services. You are responsible for all content posted using the Service.

3. Free Trial and Billing

3.1. Free Trial

• Duration: The Service offers a free trial period of seven (7) days ("Trial Period"), commencing upon sign-up.

• No Obligation: The Trial Period requires no financial commitment or credit card details upon initial registration.

• Access Revocation: If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the Trial Period expires, your access to the Service, including any draft posts, scheduled content, and connected accounts, will be automatically revoked or severely limited.

3.2. Paid Subscription

• Cost: Upon expiration of the Trial Period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate of £15 per month (or £150 per year, if applicable).

• Billing: The monthly subscription is billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, and you will retain access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

• Price Changes: Repgro reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time, with thirty (30) days' notice provided to existing subscribers via email.

4. User Responsibilities and Content

4.1. Account Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Posting copyrighted material without permission.

• Posting content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.

• Generating spam or malicious content.

4.2. Third-Party Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all your connected third-party social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Business). Repgro is not liable for any issues arising from the connection or use of these accounts.

4.3. AI-Generated Content

While the Service's AI assists in content creation, Repgro does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or originality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content before it is published.

5. Limitation of Liability

Repgro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or any service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
